Shared values for a stronger community

Project Noah Victoria brings students and workplaces together to explore Jewish life and culture, and to reflect on the values that strengthen every community.

Project Noah was first developed in 2025 by Rabbi Eli Schlanger. Project Noah Victoria continues his vision of building bridges between communities through education, empathy and meaningful human connection.

Seven shared values

Every Project Noah Victoria session gives participants a warm, first-hand experience of Jewish life and culture, through hands-on activities like challah baking and an open Q&A with members of the Jewish community. Woven through each session are seven universal values that people of every background share.

Belief in One Creator

Believing every person is part of something bigger, with a part to play in caring for the world we share.

Respect for the Creator

Choosing our words with care, even when we are frustrated or hurting.

Respect for Life

Every life matters, and helping one person can change their whole world.

Kindness to Animals

Treating every living creature with care and never causing needless harm.

Honesty

Being fair in how we deal with others and respecting what belongs to them.

Respect for Family

Valuing the people closest to us, because strong families build strong communities.

Justice

Fair rules, applied fairly, so everyone can feel safe and live in peace.
